Even icons can be utilized as political statements - during the spring in 1999 I added four new flags to the flag icons, and consequently four folders to the flag folders. Three in Asia, and one in Europe.

The first is the flag of Kurdistan - I support the Kurds, and I protest strongly against the terror regimes of Turkey and Iraq - hoping that the Kurds may live in peace, speaking their own language and living their own culture. I also support a free Palestine, hoping that they can overcome their animosity towards their neighbour Israel, creating a peaceful nation without meaningless acts of terrorism. The third is the flag of Tibet - I spit at the leaders of China, and support a free Tibet.

The fourth flag is for Sapmi, the part of Northern Scandinavia in which the Sami people live. Being from Sweden myself, I protest against the abuse by all the Scandinavian nations, including Sweden, against the samis now and through the centuries.
